Our clinic service times are aligned with Royal Mail’s post office cut‑off schedule to ensure timely dispatch of your medication parcels.

⏰ Clinic Operating Times

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📝 Submission of Forms

• If your form is received within clinic hours, a clinician will contact you the same day to arrange dispatch.

• If your form is received outside clinic hours, you will be contacted on the next working day.

• Please do not submit the form again—this may cause delays.

   

📦 Delivery Information

• All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

• While this service aims for next‑day delivery, we cannot guarantee that parcels will arrive the following day.
